Hi Nancy,
Lennie has settled in nicely to her new home in Tappahannock. She
is so adorable and well mannered. She is sleeping in her crate next
to our bed at night and goes to work with me everyday as did my last
lab Splash. I have another crate here for her so she can stay out of
harms way with all the framing materials I have around here. The
customers are excited about meeting her and look forward to
becoming friends with Lennie.
I took her to my vet yesterday to “check in” and introduce her to the
staff. The Dr said how beautiful Lennie is. And I of course agree.
I wanted to give you an update on Lennie and let you know how
wonderful she is and what joy she has brought into our lives. I love
her greatly!!!
Attached is a picture of Lennie hard a work at the shop—I hope you
can open it—you know how email is sometimes.

Dear Miss Nancy,
Hi Nancy. I know you probably miss me and I just wanted you to
know that I am doing great! My new mommy loves me a lot and I
am as happy as can be! Christmas was a blast and everyone
visiting loved me!
My new mom and dad took me to the vet and she said that you had
done a good job with me! I am perfect! My vet has a lab too, and
she gave me a lot of attention and even a hug and kiss. So, my new
mom wanted to thank you for meeting us at Sheetz and for being
such a wonderful breeder and for taking care of me so well when I
was real little. We will check in from time to time with our
progress. They keep trying to get me to "sit", but I'm not having any
of that. I just want to play.

Here is the long overdue photo of Griffin. I think he is very
handsome. Sorry it took so long I had to wait for one of my kids to
take it and download it since I'm technologically challenged. We
got a five month old kitten today. He seems to like her, but she is
still unsure of him. I think they will be friends in a few days.

Dear Brookland Kennels,
We purchased your "Eager Edgar" a 16 month old chocolate lab
in July. I do hope you remember him. He is wonderful. He went
from a kennel to riding in a BMW sports car and going to work in
our office every day. His temperament is gentle and he is good
with people. He visits his sister BELLA MIA GIBSON at least once
a week. She lives in Arlington and has many friends. We have
renamed him and now he answers to Mr. Lucky or Lucky. At
night after a hard day at the office he rests his head in the
masterbed. Lucky is truly a wonderful dog. Very strong and very
much the "good person". I just wanted to let you know Mr.
Lucky/Eager Edgar has a good home with people who love him
and enjoy his company. By the way, he prefers the ocean to swim
and not the family swimming pool! Merry Christmas and a very
Happy Peaceful New Year.

register our puppy. I know that you have so many people come to
see you that you cannot remember everyone, but I wanted to let
you know how well Spooner is doing. She is from the
Chancellor/Willa Marie litter born 2.24.06.
Spooner is the best dog I have ever had. Hands down. I cannot
tell you how much enjoyment I am getting out of having her with
me. She thinks she is a lap dog. Certainly the best companion I
could have hoped for.

from 1/20/08). He is a wonderful dog who knows how to WAIT,
SIT, DOWN, OFF, LOOK AT ME, STAY, COME but still cannot figure
out not to pee in the house yet. Not bad for 11 weeks. Thanks
